Our room was gorgeous and bright, had hypoallergenic pillows. Plus we had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Location in the centre of the city was a plus. The staff was great as we expected❤

The hotel staff was very unpleasant.

The staff here is very helpful, the rooms are modern and clean, and some even have a nice terrace with a view of the palace.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The staff were attentive and helpful, making our experience even better. The historical features of the hotel added to its charm. we would highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location and comfortable accommodations.

The breakfast options were quite limited and the breakfast room was not the most inviting. It felt more like a cellar and lacked the cozy ambiance we were hoping for.
